Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this policy first.

Our website remembers on your device whether you've already seen our sign-up pop-up, so we don't show it to you again. This stays in your browser and isn't sent to us.

How we use it

• To send the emails you signed up for, such as launch news and founder notes.
• To reply to your messages and help with questions about our products.
• To look into any report about a reaction or concern with our products.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our emails. They process your information only on our behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.

Purchases on Amazon

Our products are sold on Amazon. When you buy on Amazon, Amazon collects and handles your order and payment information under its own privacy notice. We don't receive your payment details.

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by emailing us.
• Access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing getintouch@indusandivy.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, such as California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Contact us and we'll help.

How long we keep it

We keep your email list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you and keep reasonable business records.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the founders. No method of storing data online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Children

Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let our email list know.
